Known as Dr. K, she is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach, Organizational Development expert, and Certified Diversity Practitioner. Dr. K is passionate about helping leaders tap into their potential and navigate complexity, and she is committed to fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures.
